Q1. Is my personal data and credit card information private and secure?
A1. Yes, our online store is on a secure server through Shopify that contains the appropriate security certificates. We use a service through Shopify that provides secure transactions. You can read more about our privacy and security policies on our Policies Page.
Q2. How fast will my shipment be sent out?
A2. We process and ship out within 24 hours.
Q3. What is your return and refund policy?
A3. As long as the product is completely unused, we provide free replacement. Contact us by phone (928) 246-6903 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue in detail and provide us with the exact mailing address in the US or Canada where we should ship your replacement.
We cannot provide refunds, but we can provide a credit for our online store.
Q4. Why can’t I order certain products online in the summertime?
A4. Because we are based in Yuma, Arizona where the summers can reach temperatures of over 115 degrees Fahrenheit, we cannot package and ship lotions and sugar scrubs during the hottest summers months (June, July, August, and September).
We remove the lotions and sugar scrubs from our online shop during the summer but you can purchase these items year-round in our Historic Downtown Yuma store on Main Street.
If you are reading this from October to May, we encourage you to order the lotions and sugar scrubs of your choosing right away – and pick up some extras so you have plenty to last you through the summer months.
Q5. Where do you source your ingredients for your hand-made products?
A5. Over 70% of our botanicals (herbs, oils, flowers, aromatics) come from Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, Oregon. These ingredients are USDA Organic Certified and OTCO (Oregon Tilth Certified Organic). We also get some from Starwest Botanicals.
